On affected vehicles the engine piston crown may develop a crack and create elevated crankcase pressure which may cause the rocker cover to fracture. A fractured rocker cover may allow oil to escape increasing the risk of a fire.
Fix: Fit a crankcase pressure sensor which will trigger an associated fault code and provide visible warning that crankcase pressures are above normal levels.
