    Under some operating conditions the air suspension cradle mounting bolt may fail.

    Fix: Recall affected vehicles and fit upgraded mounting bolts.

    Due to possible faulty welding the spindle carrying the wheel and hub assembly may detach from the axle tube.

    Fix: The axle manufacturer is carrying out ultrasonic and magnetic checks on all potentially affected axles at the premises of all identified end users. The complete axle will be replaced in all cases where the weld is found to be suspect.
