The steering shaft has the potential to separate from the steering rack assembly. If this occurs it may result in a loss of vehicle steering control.
Fix: Recall the machines that are likely to be affected and ensure the locating plate is fitted correctly. An additional plate will be fitted to ensure the locating plate cannot come out of its fixing.
