  1. SUPERMOTARD · front wheel could lock and eject rider from machine.

    22 Oct 2007 · RM/2007/041

    It has been identified that the bolts securing the two halves of the front brake caliper together; may not have been tightened to the correct torque. This could lead to the bolts migrating out of the caliper and making contact with the front wheel causing the wheel to lock. Should this occur the rider might be thrown from the machine.

    Fix: Recalled machines will have the subject bolts tightened to the correct torque.

  2. X-RAY ENDURO · front wheel could lock and eject rider from machine.

  3. HURRICANE 50 · carburettor heater may malfunction

    The manufacturer has established that there is a slight possibility that if the battery terminals become loose or is unfortunately disconnected the temperature control unit which controls the operation of the carburettor heater could short out internally and fail to operate the heater.

    Fix: Recall all the affected machines and replace the control unit with a re-designed unit.
