LMC MOTORHOME · window may detach
11 Feb 2013 · RSPV/2012/008
UV radiation can cause the bonding between the inner and outer pane of the window to fail. Early indications of this debonding should be identified by the owner or at service. However if not identified or action to address the issue is not taken it is possible that the window pane could become loose or in the worst situation could even detach.
Fix: Recall all affected caravans to install an improved security device between panes or if the window has failed then replace the defective windows.
