    The bond between the solar panel and the roof panel could fail meaning the solar panel could become detached.

    Fix: Conduct a visual and �pull check� of fitted panel. If loose replace the panel with new one. If secure point around the interface between panel and roof.

    Fix: : Add additional brackets to all four fixing bolts to stop the risk of the bolt head pulling through the original bracket.

    Due to certain climatic conditions the rear exterior ladder pivot which is an aluminium rivet can fail without warning.

    Fix: Recall all affected vehicles where the rivet will be replaced by a Stainless Steel 'nylock' nut and bolt.

  5. CARIOCA, CIPRO, MIZAR, ROLLER, TRIBUTE · loose cab carpet may impede steering column

    Directional control can be affected if the loose drivers foot well carpet slides forward and becomes twisted around the steering column.

    Fix: Recall the vehicles that are likely to be affected to fix the loose carpet in place so that it cannot slide.
