    Due to a non conformity during production the passenger's front air bag inflator may rupture during deployment. This may cause metal fragments to pass through the air bag and into the vehicle interior at high speed which may result in injury or death to vehicle occupants.

    Fix: On affected vehicles replace passenger's front air bag.

    Non-conformity in the final stages of machining of the crank shaft for the F136 type engine which may lead to failure in the incorrectly machined zone caused by thermal and dynamic stresses.

    Fix: Replacement of the crankshaft and the relative main bearings and connecting rod bearings.

    Due to a non-confornity in the assembly of the rear wheelhouse/innerwing and its heat shield it is possible that the assembly to deform under high ambient and operating temperatures. This could result in overheating of the adhesive used to secure the heat shield and in extreme cases it could cause the adhesive to ignite and result in a vehicle fire.

    Fix: Recall the affected vehicles and replace the heat shield this will include new mechanical fasteners.
