BOXLIFE, BOXSTAR · seatbelt may not retract
11 Nov 2016 · RSPV/2016/015
It has been identified that the short seat bench seatbelt frame may have been fitted with an incorrect cover which can restrict the seatbelt to the extent that when drawn out it may remain in the extended position and may fail to retract automatically.
Fix: Recall all affected vehicles to replace the seatbelt frame cover with new cover.

BOXSTAR · window could detach
11 Feb 2013 · RSPV/2012/007
UV radiation can cause the bonding between the inner and outer pane of the window to fail. Early indications of this debonding should be identified by the owner or at service. However if not identified or action to address the issue is not taken it is possible that the window pane could become loose or in the worst situation could even detach.
Fix: Recall all affected caravans to install an improved security device between panes or if the window has failed then replace the defective windows.

BOXSTAR · rear seatbelts may not function correctly
29 Sep 2012 · RSPV/2012/005
It is possible the lower seat belt mounting may have been incorrectly installed on the central mounting of the two forward facing seats in the dinette area of the vehicle. It is therefore possible that the mounting may come undone under extreme strain.
Fix: Recall the affected vehicles for inspection of the seat belt mounting. Remedial work on the mounting will be carried out as required.
