  1. LPGRS · there should be 2 or 3 slots at each end of the track rod link. the ball joints at the ends of the track rod are secured by tightening a clamp over the slots. in some cases there have been instances of slots missing from the track rod link.

    Fix: Check the correct number of slots at each end of the track rod link. If there are slots missing the track rod must be renewed. For chassis found with incorrect track rods they are not to be released until the part is replaced.�

    Fix: Carry out a software update to Engine and Gas Management systems creating control measures and a warning light in the event of a fault occurring.
