Some vehicles may have been equipped with an incorrectly positioned fuel pipe.

Fix: : Check fuel pipe positioning correct if necessary and fit protective sleeve.

It has been identified that due to the inlet filter for the exhaust gas recirculating valve (EGR) being in an exposed position there is a possibility of water entering the brake servo vacuum pipe. This can give rise to the possibility of ice forming within the pipe during periods of low ambient temperature with the possibility of reduced brake servo assistance.

Fix: Recalled vehicles will have the EGR valve solenoids checked for the presence of separate air filters. If this is not the case new solenoids with separate filters will be fitted.

It is possible for the fastenings of the sound deadening guard to become loose. Consequently the guard could become detached whilst the vehicle is in motion.

Fix: Recall the vehicles that are likely to be affected and replace all the fastenings with new captive fasteners and bolts.

The air conditioning condenser drainpipe may in some instances become blocked with the possibility that the condensate may leak into the passenger compartment and the air bag central control unit. This contamination may cause the air bag warning light to illuminate and in some cases; cause inadvertent activation of the air bag.

Fix: Likely to be affected vehicles will be recalled at which time the condensate drainpipe will be refitted; and re-profiled to remove any restriction.
