    Incorrect assembly and torquing of the steering column components installed on the Tractor may have occurred which can lead to a loss of steering control.

    Fix: To address this issue we need to carry out some simple checks and/or corrections. The checks and/or corrections will be carried out by a Case IH/New Holland authorised dealer and will be free of charge. This precautionary operation is considered essential.

    The teeth of the mechanical park brake pawl and ratchet can wear abnormally fast and may degrade possibly resulting in a loss of grip upon engagement of the handbrake. In the unlikely event of the hand brake lever self dis-engaging due to abnormal wear of the parts it can lead to an unexpected movement of the tractor.

    Fix: Replace either the hand brake lever assembly or for speciality ranges of tractors the hand brake lever pawl due to a different design of the part.

    Fix: Replace on both left and right front axle wheel hub lock washers and retaining nuts.
