It has been identified that the studs which secure the fuel tank strap were not correctly welded to the vehicle floor. If ignored the possibility exists that the fuel tank could detach from the vehicle.
Fix: Recalled vehicles will be fitted with modified fuel tank straps and fixings.

Intermittent failure of the locking mechanism in the electrically operated combo retractor belts (also front wheel chair restraints). If the retractor belts fail the wheel chair and user could be insecure on loading and when loaded.
Fix: Recall the vehicles that are likely to be affected to replace the electrically operated combo retractor belts.

The rear suspension dual purpose ram securing cap head screw may not be correctly torqued. There is a possibility that the screw could become loose and damage the brake pipe which could result in brake failure.
Fix: Recall all affected vehicles for inspection and if found to be incorrectly torqued carry out rework procedure as laid down by converter.
