On affected vehicles the bonding strength of the wheelchair ramp to hinge plate may not meet requirements. A de-bonded ramp could collapse without warning while in use.
Fix: Inspect wheelchair ramp and replace as necessary.

SOLO DIESEL · handpole casting failure

On affected vehicles the hand pole fixing bracket/casting at the celling may fracture and break free resulting in the potential risk of passenger fall and injury when using the hand pole.
Fix: Remedy is to replace the current hand pole casting with the previous design casting which can handle more force.

Fix: Replace Anti-roll bar C clamps with redesigned clamp.

On affected vehicles the GRP roof panels / POD may detach during adverse weather conditions. If the GRP roof pod detaches this may cause harm to pedestrians and other road users.
Fix: Remedy is to inspect roof panels in area of fixing screws and re-bond panels as required.
