This may stop the seat adjustment working illuminate warning lights cause a loss of the ability to change gear and in rare cases lead to unexpected engine stalling while driving increasing the risk of a collision.

Fix: Carry out the required inspection of the drivers seat wiring harness and inspect its condition. If necessary the wiring harness will be rerouted and any damage to the insulation repaired.
