    It has been identified that the roof vent/hood may have been fitted with the incorrect screws around the hinge area. In additions some vents/hoods may not have been glued correctly. These issues could result in a detachment of the roof vent/hood which could pose a risk to other road users or pedestrians.

    Fix: Recall all affected vehicles to check to roof vents/hoods and repair as manufacturers instructions.

    Due to an issue with the adhesive that attaches the window to the hinges may fail and in extreme circumstances the window may become detached from the vehicle.

    It is possible that water ingress into the fan motor could cause corrosion within the unit a possible short circuit or excessive heat build up. If not addressed this could result in a unit fire.
