The ECU module can become overloaded and may cause the fuel pump relay to remain live after the ignition system is turned off.
Fix: Fit an electrical diode within the wiring harness and replace the ECU if required.

STEALTH · brakes could fail

On affected vehicles the front brake hose(s) may have been incorrrectly routed and rub against the front mudguard. Hose may chafe through and after a period of time may fail. If the hose fails the rider will notice a spongy feel to the front brake but eventually a total loss of fluid will occur and front braking lost.
Fix: Inspect front brake hoses and correctly route. Where necessary replace damaged hoses.

Reports of chassis weakness. After extensive research on a variety of frames it was confirmed that the weakness was not metal fatigue but down to the width of the weld on the subframe.
Fix: Inspection of the unit checking the welds at specific points if below 8mm a new design subframe will be fitted.
