EMIRA · the interior a-pillar trim tether has not been fitted onto certain production vehicles and therefore does not conform with the original type approval of the vehicle. there is a risk the interior a-pillar trim may become completely detached upon deployment of the side curtain airbag potentially causing injury to the occupiers of the cabin.

An oil cooler pipe may have insufficient room to move freely. As a result the pipe will abrade. If the concern remains unnoticed oil can leak in the engine bay with an increased risk of fire. Additionally oil can leak onto the road and cause a loss of control to the subject vehicle and other road users. If the driver does not heed the low oil pressure warnings then engine damage could occur.
Fix: Recall all affected vehicles and replace the oil cooler pipes with a modified oil cooler pipe kit.

It has been determined that under extreme circumstances the rubber hose section of the VVT oil pipe can leak. A failure of the VVT oil feed pipe may result in oil being deposited onto the engine as well as the exhaust system. This could cause potential engine failure and a potential risk of fire because of the presence of flammable vapour which could result in a crash.
Fix: The oil feed pipe will be replaced

There is a slight chance that one or more of the tapped holes for the four bolts securing the two halves of the brake caliper body together has not been threaded through the full depth of the hole. The structural integrity of any such caliper may be compromised with the risk of fatigue failure of the caliper occurring after an extended period.
Fix: Check the caliper tapped holes. If any incomplete threading is found the brake caliper is to be replaced.
