It is possible that the fabric used in the child seat may not have received the correct fire retardant treatment. If the material comes in contact with a direct heat source there is a possibility that it could ignite and result in a fire.

Fix: Recall all affected seat and replace the seat cover.

It has been identified that the warning label on the inside of the carrier/car seat is missing. This label advises users not to install rearward facing infant seats in a passenger seat which is equipped with a front airbag less it is deactivated. Although the warning label is missing from the seat cover there is one on the seat shell and in the user guide.

Fix: Due to the fact that no direct replacement seats for the Flyte model are available refunds are being offered. however for the Spin model replacement seats are being offered.

Fix: As a precautionary measure all stock manufactured in the same production unit is being inspected to ensure there are no similar issues.

Fix: Replace any defective car seats or give a full refund.
