PANIGALE V4 · cr311 replacement of rigid duct for rear brake hose
18 Feb 2026 · R/2026/074
Potential malfunction of the rear brake.
Fix: Replacement of rigid duct for rear brake hose located on the swinging arm. Background: To further improve the thermal protection of the rear braking system thereby reducing exposure to heat from the rear bank exhaust manifold a new elongated rigid duct complete with a specific heat reflective sleeve has been designed and introduced for the rear brake hose. The heat reflective sleeve must be intact and left in place during the upgrade. This CR311 replaces and cancels the CR285. Bikes already updated with the CR285: must ALSO perform this new upgrade. Bikes not yet updated with the CR285: must ONLY perform this upgrade.
