Fix: Recall the vehicles that are likely to be affected to check the fuel tank breather for airflow. The fuel tank breathers will be replaced. If tank damage is found replace fuel tank.

Two concerns. 1. If corrosive liquids enters the ignition switch it can cause the terminals inside to corrode. This can result in either the engine still running after the key has been taken out or a disconnection of the power supply allowing the engine to cut out. 2. A wiring loom may abrade on the underside of the fuel tank which can lead to rough running and eventually the engine will cut out.

Fix: Recall the machines that are likely to be affected and replace the wiring loom and reposition the earth point which will solve both the aforementioned concerns.

The headlamp filament may snap as incorrect material has been used in the filament. Should the aforementioned happen the headlamp will stop working and in the worst case scenario the filament can short circuit the lighting system and cause the fuse to fail and the engine to stall.

Fix: Recall the machines that are likely to be affected and replace the headlamp bulb.

Small resin fragments may have been left in the Electronic Stability Control unit during production. These fragments may cause the ESC valves to stick and delay operation of the ABS/ESC systems.

Fix: Replace the ESC unit.

Due to an error in production the Radar Brake Support System may not have been correctly programmed. In certain instances the system may not recalibrate and could cause unnecessary braking.

Fix: Reprogram the Radar Brake Support Control unit.
